• Experience with tenant replication, eFlow settings, and mashup configuration within SAP C4C.
• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U (Utilities) processes and their integration with C4C.
• Experience with CIC0 configuration and front-office process optimization in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK or PDI for custom development.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, or similar middleware.
