Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant in Calgary to spearhead SAP FSCM initiatives across the full consulting lifecycle. You will define problems, shape solutions, and guide deployment while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires deep SAP FSCM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with CXO-level stakeholders. Occasional travel within Canada is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Job description

As a Lead Consultant, you would be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills

• At least 11 years of experience inin designing and configuring Order to Cash processes with SAP FSCM
• Minimum 2 SAP S/4 HANA FSCM Implementation experience in a lead role
• Experience in the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, Vertex, EDI , iDOC, GTS,SAP Receivables management
• Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, FICO, Supply Chain, Order Management, as well as internal and external systems
• Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules such as MM, WM and FI.
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of Business Processes
• Experience in development/configuration/solution evaluation/validation and deployment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead blueprinting workshops independently
• Willingness to work with global teams across time zones
• Ability to read ABAP codes is required.
• Should have experience in handle requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functional testing, data migration, test data setup for UAT etc.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and drive decision making
• Demonstrated ability and experience as an effective leader and communicator with strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and relationship management skills, trouble shorting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage CXO level client stake holders
• Experienced in workingwith a diverse team spread across locations
