Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant to lead SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, plus Workforce Software administration, supporting global HR operations and payroll. You will configure, optimize, and govern HR systems, partnering with HR, IT, finance, and external vendors to deliver enhancements and ensure data quality and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification.
• 10+ years HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years of Workforce Software administration.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
• Strong configuration with rules, workflows, permissions, and security.
• Experience administering multiple SF modules and global HR Shared Services.
• Experience troubleshooting HR system issues across stakeholders.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and deployments.

• 10+ years of HRIS experience
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

The ideal candidate is a senior HR technology professional with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise and strong experience supporting global HR operations. They should be hands-on with system configuration while also serving as a strategic HRIS subject matter expert. This person should be comfortable driving system improvements, supporting payroll and workforce management processes, leading projects, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

Job Description

The Senior Consultant, HRIS serves as the primary subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software (WFS), and related HR technologies.

This individual will be responsible for configuring, supporting, optimizing, and governing global HR systems that support HR operations, payroll, workforce management, compliance, reporting, and workforce analytics. They will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, manage projects, improve data quality, maintain security standards, and drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
