Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Representative located in Ville St-Laurent. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with sales reps and clients. The role will involve assisting the sales team, managing inquiries, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception: Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming phone calls, and manage general inquiries.
• Project Follow-Up: Monitor project progress and ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal teams.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized.
• Preparing Quotes: Help the sales team be generating and preparing accurate quotes for clients.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products we offer to effectively support sales efforts and provide information to clients.
• Handle IncomingLeads: Respond to and manage incoming leads, directing them to the appropriate sales representatives as needed.
• Tracking Information &Email Notifications: Provide clients with tracking information and status updates via email.
• Shipping & Receiving Orders: Oversee the shipping and receiving of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
