Job summary

Matix Lumber Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The role supports the sales representatives and customers by ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional service.

The position requires experience in sales support, customer service, and order processing, with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with BisTrack ERP is a plus. We offer benefits, store discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery times, and product inquiries.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Assist with tasks related to store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as required.

Matix Lumber is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our sales representatives and customers by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for:
