Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the sales team in meeting and exceeding annual sales goals
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
• Enter and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately.
• Assisting in maintaining and developing relationships with customers
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery times, and product inquiries.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Assisting with tasks related to store opening and closing.
