Sales Support Administrator job opening in Mississauga, ON

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data analysis and customer service? We’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our client in Mississauga, Ontario on a full-time, temporary basis. This onsite role plays a vital part in supporting sales operations and ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate information.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Administrator job opening in Mississauga, ON may include but are not limited to:

  • Generate and maintain pivot tables and customized reports for key clients, including sales trends and product category insights.
  • Prepare pricing quotations and financial approval documentation using internal templates.
  • Complete product-related questionnaires and assist in the development of promotional materials.
  • Conduct data mining to support internal and client-driven initiatives.
  • Address customer escalations such as returns, service part requests, and billing adjustments via email and phone.
  • Create and maintain product cross-reference tables and reinstate discontinued part numbers as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide general support to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications for the Sales Support Administrator job opening in Mississauga include:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a sales support or sales administrator role.
  • Experience with outbound customer service calls.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and AI tools are an asset.
  • Data and numbers/math centric.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Although not required, preference will be given to those with background/similar experience from the automotive industry.
