Job Description
Client is looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across all client locations. The successful candidate will bring:

• 3+ years experience configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops and desktops, as well as iOS devices
• 3+ years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
• 3+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices, as well as iOS devices
• 3+ years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
• The successful candidate will be a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
