Your Way Auto is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!

Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Your Way Auto—connecting with customers, showcasing our impressive inventory, and guiding clients through every step of their vehicle buying journey.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Engaging with customers in-person and online to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Presenting and promoting a diverse range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client.
• Facilitating test drives and delivering memorable product demonstrations.
• Providing a seamless, customer-first sales experience from consultation to close.
• Collaborating with your team and leadership to meet individual and dealership-wide goals.
• Supporting dealership initiatives and contributing to overall success.

What You Bring

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A positive, professional attitude and polished appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Commission-Based Structure – with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually!
• First-Year Income Guarantee – minimum of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed this amount.
