What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Close sales and engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including communication skills and negotiation techniques
  • Open availability for scheduled shifts
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
