Job summary

NAPA CMAX is seeking a senior BI/analytical professional to optimize sales reporting and standardize how the sales teams are measured. You will create, analyze and communicate data for managers and executives across the organization to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include promotional program registration, sales tracking for store promotions with ASP, supplier sales reporting and sales trending, with travel for limited business needs.

Qualifications

• University or college degree with 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Cognos, Query Studio and data packs.
• Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.

In this role you will develop strategies to optimize UAP's sales reporting, standardize the measurement of our sales teams, and ensure that they're being utilized to their full potential to drive sales growth & profitability. You will be responsible for the effective creation, generation, analysis, and communication of customer & operational data used by Managers & Executives across the company. This includes reports on NAPA's sales results for our Sales & Management teams including Banners & Major Accounts, Fleet & Government, OE Dealerships, Dedicated Sales Force, Paint & Body, etc. You will assist with promotional program registration, sales tracking for store and promotions with Automobile Service Providers (ASP), supplier sales reporting, sales trending, key initiative tracking, and a variety of other sales reports and analysis as required.

Requirements

To join our team, you will need:

• University or College degree/diploma coupled with 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, COGNOS, Query Studio, Custom Data packs and other relative computer software programs (and be willing to learn how to operate new programs when they are implemented).
• Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.
• You must be available for limited business travel
• Bilingualism, English and French, is not required but is preferred.
