Zusammenfassung

UAP inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to optimize sales reporting across our Canadian operations.

You will standardize metrics used by the sales teams and ensure data-driven decisions drive growth and profitability for banners, major accounts, and ASPs. Responsibilities include creating and communicating data insights to Managers and Executives, supporting promotional program registrations, and tracking sales trends and initiatives with BI tools like Power BI and Cognos.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, COGNOS, Query Studio and related software.
• Willingness to learn new programs as implemented.
• Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.
• Willing to travel for limited business needs.
• Bilingualism EN/FR is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategies to optimize UAP’s sales reporting and standardize how we measure sales teams.
• Ensure accurate creation, generation, analysis and communication of customer and operational data for Managers and Executives.
• Produce reports on NAPA’s sales results for various banners and accounts.
• Assist with promotional program registrations, sales tracking for store promotions with ASPs, and supplier sales reporting.
• Track sales trends, key initiatives, and other required reports and analyses.

Job Description

In this role you will develop strategies to optimize UAP’s sales reporting, standardize the measurement of our sales teams, and ensure that they’re being utilized to their full potential to drive sales growth & profitability. You will be responsible for the effective creation, generation, analysis, and communication of customer & operational data used by Managers & Executives across the company. This includes reports on NAPA’s sales results for our Sales & Management teams including Banners & Major Accounts, Fleet & Government, OE Dealerships, Dedicated Sales Force, Paint & Body, etc. You will assist with promotional program registration, sales tracking for store and promotions with Automobile Service Providers (ASP), supplier sales reporting, sales trending, key initiative tracking, and a variety of other sales reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications

To join our team, you will need:

• University or College degree/diploma coupled with 5 - 7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, COGNOS, Query Studio, Custom Data packs and other relative computer software programs (and be willing to learn how to operate new programs when they are implemented).
• Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is a definite asset.
• You must be available for limited business travel
• Bilingualism, English and French, is not required but is preferred.
