Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Consultant, Sales Support to partner with Canada senior sales leaders to drive Sales Quota and Sales Incentive Plan programs, while delivering analytics and insights to improve commercial effectiveness. The role is hybrid and reports to the Vaughan head office twice per week.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Sales Operations or Commercial Insights, with advanced analytics, dashboards in Tableau or Salesforce, and experience with SAP and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, DS or related field.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with quotas and forecasting.
• Analytical and problem‑solving ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial leaders to develop data‑driven solutions.
• Analyse complex commercial datasets to identify drivers, risks, trends and opportunities.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights on productivity and performance vs. plan.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Tableau or Salesforce for faster decisions.
• Support automation and standardization of analytics processes.
