Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Business Planning Analyst based in Canada to drive data-driven insights and optimize sales performance. The role covers forecasting, pricing strategy, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations.

You will develop reports and dashboards using SAP and Salesforce, perform market and territory analyses, and support leadership with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years in sales operations, analytics, or business planning.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP, CRM platforms (Salesforce, EXFM) and analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports from multiple systems.
• Build dashboards and automated reports for senior leadership.
• Provide pricing analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to sales leaders.
• Train sales teams on CRM tools and processes and support onboarding.
