Kinaxis is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to partner with North American sales leadership, driving pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence. You will deliver business insights, support sales execution, and optimize pipeline performance to drive predictable revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams, reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner for assigned sales teams.
• Support forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, and business planning.
• Monitor pipeline health, opportunity progression, coverage, and forecast performance.
• Provide insights into territory performance and productivity metrics.
• Promote adoption of sales processes and CRM data hygiene.
