Job description

About the opportunity

As RevOps Business Partner for the Americas Emerging sales organization, you will be the person sales leaders turn to for an honest read on the business: what is really happening in the pipeline, where deals are stalling, which teams need support, and what to do about it. You will bring the evidence to back it up.

This is a business partner role, not an analyst role. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Leader, Americas New Business, you will work side by side with Mid-Market Sales Leadership as a trusted advisor. The value you bring is judgment, credibility, and a seat at the table. Data is the tool you use to earn it.

We are building this team now, and the culture is being shaped as we go. That culture is grounded in rigor, discipline, and structure.

What you’ll get to do
Own the Read on the Business
  • Provide sales leaders with a clear, candid view of performance, pipeline health, and risk, paired with a recommendation on what to do next.
  • Lead deep-dive analysis on funnel trends, stalled deals, and whitespace opportunities, and translate findings into decisions rather than presentations.
Forecast Integrity
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to run a forecast process the business can trust, built on clean data and disciplined review.
  • Surface risk early, challenge assumptions, and hold a high standard for forecast accuracy.
Sales Process Optimization
  • Identify the root causes of inefficiency across the sales cycle and implement solutions that improve velocity, conversion, and predictability.
  • Work alongside frontline sales leaders to establish best practices and ensure they are adopted and sustained.
CRM Management & Reporting
  • Own Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline governance so that leadership decisions rest on accurate, reliable information.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, views, and workflows that sellers and leaders rely on day to day.
Planning Support
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation, grounded in historical performance.
Tool Management & Enablement
  • Support the rollout, configuration, and adoption of key sales tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo), ensuring they align with how the team sells.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on shared metrics, data standards, and operational priorities.
Skills and experience we value
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill them into a clear, actionable recommendation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to sales and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying role (BDR, SDR, or AE) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience within HR Tech is an asset.
What would make you stand out
  • You have carried a number or have worked close enough to the front line to understand the pressure.
  • You understand the full SaaS sales cycle and the commercial realities behind it.
  • You care about forecast integrity, not simply forecast updates.
  • You are quick to identify the problem, make the call, and act on it.
  • You bring rigor and discipline without slowing the business down.
