Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Demand Planning to define and deliver customer-facing capabilities across the Kinaxis product portfolio. You will partner with customers, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to develop solutions that improve forecast accuracy and respond effectively to change.

This role balances customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering demand planning or supply chain planning solutions in SaaS/tech environments.
• Ability to translate planning concepts into customer outcomes and product requirements.
• Strong analytical and business acumen balancing customer value and complexity.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic area of the Demand Planning product roadmap and prioritize investments.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to translate insights into strategy and requirements.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution with Engineering, Data Science, and UX teams.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert for demand planning and voice of the customer.
