Job summary

Carrier and Automated Logic are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the local sales team in Coquitlam, BC. This in-office role will keep the sales pipeline moving from bid to booking and partner directly with 4-5 sales reps.

You will manage tender documents, drawings, and project details, and ensure accurate Salesforce data entry for closed bids, enabling smooth order processing and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• More than 6 months of administrative, office support, or data management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the central project tracking calendar in Outlook for 30–40 active projects weekly.
• Collect and centralize tender documents, drawings, and project details for bids.
• Enter accepted bids into Salesforce and manage internal order booking processes.
• Support 4–5 local sales representatives on a daily basis.
