Matchbox is working with a well-respected real estate developer known for delivering high-caliber, forward-thinking projects. Our client has built a strong reputation for excellence and client satisfaction within the industry. They’re currently looking to add a Marketing and Sales Manager to their team to lead strategic initiatives and support growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to support real estate project launches and revenue objectives.
• Manage cross-channel marketing efforts, including digital, print, social media, and in-person events.
• Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance to meet sales and marketing KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with brokers, partners, and potential buyers.
• Evaluate the impact of campaigns and strategies, adjusting based on performance insights.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of combined experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a real estate development setting.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and contributing to business growth.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and CRM systems used in real estate.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of turning market data into actionable strategy.
