Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Remote – Toronto, Canada

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Manager with a background in the Food & Beverage and/or technology industries. Join our dynamic, collaborative marketing team to accelerate pipeline growth through creative lead generation campaigns, impactful partnerships, and engaging field events. Your work will directly contribute to building our brand presence to fuel the sales pipeline across North America. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care, North America.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Campaigns:
    • Plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budget.
    • Research and oversee advertising opportunities, maintain media relationships, and coordinate ad placements.
    • Recommend and align social media strategies with broader campaign goals.
    • Analyze campaign results against KPIs and apply key insights to improve future initiatives.
  2. Field Events:
    • Plan and execute the event plan for all related field events including webinars, trade shows, and seminars. Research creative event ideas and options for the region.
    • Evaluate event results and prepare ROI reports. Manage budget and vendor invoices.
  3. Partnership Programs:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic co-marketing opportunities with industry partners to jointly promote solutions, co-host events, and generate leads.
    • Collaborate with sales to develop go-to-market plans, campaign content, and enablement materials tailored to consulting partner audiences.
    • Engage with industry associations to explore co-marketing opportunities and manage membership agreements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing in the Food & Beverage and/or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in marketing and working with vendors and budgets.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with several departments.
  • Autonomous, responsible, and accountable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Energetic and open to challenges.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot is a plus.
  • Languages: English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel approximately 10-25% of the time.
