Aislelabs is hiring a Manager, Enterprise sales team member to drive growth in the Canada and United States markets.

We help our customers acquire new customers via high ROI Wi-Fi email acquisition while helping operations leaders through digital twins of their built environment. We’re a profitable, growing SaaS business with teams in Toronto, Dubai, and India, with customers in 20+ countries worldwide.

Summary

Join Aislelabs as our Sales Manager, Enterprise, owning the mid-market and Enterprise segments in North America. Focus on ICP – shopping malls, mixed use, and airports. Support from proven GTM and marketing teams, with 50%+ of business closed via inbound leads, the rest outbound. Significant target research completed, with known targets ready.

Manage ecosystem partners

Partners include MSPs, VARs, System Integrators, and OEMs, identified through outbound and inbound marketing. Collaborate with enterprise reps and sales leadership, engaging partners for custom and standardized solutions.

With new platform arriving in 2025 and unique products, you will have an advantage in winning new logos.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and quarterly bonuses
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads
  • Manage entire sales cycle from lead discovery to closing
  • Use standardized solutions for each industry and ICP
  • Target strategic partners via outbound process
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs
  • Provide feedback for product improvements
  • Own 3 primary metros, with up to 25% travel
  • Support industry events (1-3 per year)
  • Demonstrate Aislelabs platform confidently to prospects
  • Ensure consistent solution delivery and seamless customer success transition
  • Accurately manage deals and forecast in CRM
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years university degree
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise SaaS sales or account management
  • Relationship-building skills and partner channel experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT sales, especially networking infrastructure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EAS, TAS, MEDDIC, Salesforce)
  • Strong knowledge of Retail, Hospitality, Aviation industries
  • Existing CXO connections in target industries
  • Understanding of network solutions dynamics
  • English proficiency; Spanish a plus
  • Leadership skills to drive team success
