P.S. We are a remote-first company, however, we do have a physical office space that you can work out of any time you like. Position Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Catering Sales Executive to our team. This will be a new dynamic client-facing role responsible for growing our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting & building relationships with potential clients. You will also be responsible for managing our existing clients in order to maximize their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries and geographies (Currently in Canada only).
  • Present the benefits of using hungerhub, assist them with placing their first order and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Understand the needs of existing clients and assist them with placing continuous orders.
  • Manage client relationships and help troubleshoot any issues.

Continuously improve the hungerhub offering

  • Work with our restaurant department on meeting the upcoming needs of clients; including creating customized event menus.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, it's important to have, at minimum, proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or technology industry. To be a successful member of our team it's also important to have:

  • Passion for the food industry and a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service and relationship-building.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Familiarity with the food delivery market, and catering industry and an understanding of local restaurant dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
