Calmont Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Calmont Equipment at Bobcat of Edmonton, AB. You will lead the Sales Department, drive revenue growth, and manage customer relationships while coordinating with Parts and Service for pre-delivery and support.

A strong background in construction equipment sales and leadership is essential. The role emphasizes professional appearance, market knowledge, and achievement of performance standards within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or capital equipment sales experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication.
• Energetic and friendly with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.
• Oversee revenue growth and market share by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones at Bobcat of Edmonton.
• Lead personnel management and maintain established performance standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of construction equipment and specifications.
• Establish and maintain efficient systems for quotations, sales files, work orders, invoicing, requisitions and payables; generate reports.
• Maintain stocking levels of new and used equipment in collaboration with senior management.
