Job summary

Fredericton Kia, part of Shift Auto Group, is looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-energy sales team, driving new and pre-owned vehicle sales, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in leading the team through Fredericton Kia’s move to Bishop Drive, with relocation support available for the right candidate, and help establish a top-performing import volume dealership backed by a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive sales experience and leadership ability.
• Understanding of CRM, desking, lead management, KPIs, and dealership operations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, developing, and motivating the Sales Team
• Driving sales volume, gross profit, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Managing leads, appointments, follow up, CRM activity, and overall sales performance
• Supporting negotiations, desking, deal structure, and closing strategies
• Monitoring KPIs and creating accountability around performance
• Partnering with Finance, Service, Parts, Marketing, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining showroom, merchandising, and lot standards
• Helping lead Fredericton Kia through its move and the next stage of growth
