Job summary

Kia of Hamilton, part of AutoCanada, is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales, build and execute effective sales plans, and enhance client relationships. You will monitor performance metrics, convert leads to sales, and contribute to marketing initiatives to grow the dealership’s market presence.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic thinking to achieve monthly and annual goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset.
• Must have some experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices, budgeting and expense management.
• Professional conduct and exceptional client service skills.
• Excellent people management, leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute established short-, mid-, and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Develop and implement sales plans for your team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Contribute ideas to dealership marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure effective conversion of iLeads to sales and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Develop relationships with clients to grow the dealership’s market presence.
• Lead in growth strategies and curate an exceptional client experience.
• Build a strong team to execute the sales strategy and drive financial results.
• Promote safety, compliance, and a healthy work environment.
