Job summary

Castlegar Hyundai/Kia in Castlegar, BC, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and uphold exceptional customer service in a collaborative, community-focused dealership.

Ideal candidate has automotive sales or F&I leadership experience, a valid BC driver’s license, and a track record of training others; eligible candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales and/or F&I experience is important.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; BC license to sell vehicles.
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

As Sales Manager, you must be driven, intelligent, professional, hands-on, dependable and honest. You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an Automotive Salesperson, Sales Manager and/or Financial Services Manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and would like to move into management, this position may be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
