Job summary

Strathmore Ford, part of the Kaizen Automotive Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s vehicle sales team. You will drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting showroom operations and staff development.

You will oversee inventory, pricing, merchandising, and CRM best practices, coaching staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role at Strathmore Ford.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to build a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, inventory management, and CRM best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales KPIs and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with dealership CRM and DMS platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Oversee day-to-day sales floor operations and customer engagement.
• Support inventory management, pricing, and merchandising aligned with OEM programs.
• Ensure strong CRM utilization, lead follow-up, and adherence to processes.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing sales staff for growth.
• Review sales metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to streamline deal flow.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a customer-centric environment.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM standards.
