Job Description


  • Apprentice Collision Technician is a vehicle repair position within Tesla’s service team.

  • This is a full time role based in Oakville Ontario.

  • The role follows an afternoon shift routine from Monday to Thursday.

  • A shift premium is provided for the afternoon routine.

  • The position focuses on collision repair work for Tesla vehicles.

  • The work environment is team based, technology focused and hands on.


Responsibilities


  • Follow Tesla repair standards and company procedures.

  • Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles.

  • Use Celette frame jigs to install new structural components.

Requirements


  • A minimum of 2 years of work background as an automotive collision repair technician is required.

  • Can work with modern technologies and learn new software systems.

  • A Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence for Canada is required.

  • Can read and understand automotive repair procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal interaction skills are required.
