Job summary

Tesla is seeking an Automotive Detailing Technician in Laval, Quebec, to prepare customer vehicles for delivery and ensure delivery readiness across our vehicle operations. This full‑time role focuses on vehicle cleaning, inspections and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

You'll work closely with internal teams and logistics partners in a fast-paced environment, maintaining Tesla standards and accuracy throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Must have Canadian driver’s license (Class 5, G or G2) and be insurable.
• Record of reliability, commitment and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with team members and build positive working relationships.
• Must support projects across Canadian provinces when required.
• Must communicate regularly in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Clean delivery, service, loaner and gallery vehicles to Tesla standards.
• Operate buffers, hoses, vacuums, steam cleaners and related equipment.
• Manage vehicle arrivals, inventory and movement across locations.
• Move, charge and organize vehicles as part of pre-delivery activities.
• Conduct transportation and pre-delivery inspections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage supplies and order inventory when required.
• Handle daily tasks to meet quality expectations.

Automotive Detailing Technician helps create a positive delivery experience by preparing Tesla's vehicles for customers before handover. Based in Laval, this full time role focuses on vehicle cleaning, inspections and delivery readiness across Tesla's vehicle operations.

This position combines vehicle preparation work with coordination across multiple teams. The role includes keeping the vehicles looking right, managing the stock movement, backing up logistical activities and helping sharpen the pre delivery routine so everything stays running smoothly.
