The Brick is seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager in Canada who can lead a dynamic sales team and drive the company toward its goal of being the top choice for Canadian shoppers.

You will train and develop staff, manage daily store operations, and ensure targets are met while upholding the brand's values of honesty, integrity and hard work. A positive attitude and readiness to grow are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Managing sales team; floor management
• Training and people development
• Interviewing and hiring
• Scheduling: ensuring provincial legislative requirements met
• Resolving customer issues
• Sales forecasting and ensuring targets are met (volume, value added products and services, etc.)
• Evaluating and managing daily, weekly, monthly quarterly sales reports
• Performance management and developing action plans
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are met
• Managing daily operations within the store
• Ensuring general safety and security of store and employees
• Shopping the competition
• Daily and weekly sales meetings
• Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests
• Other duties as assigned
