The Brick is expanding its sales force across Canada, seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants with a customer service focus to thrive in a dynamic retail environment in New Brunswick. You will contribute to relationship selling, product knowledge, and team goals in a fast-paced setting.

This 100% commission role offers the potential for earnings driven by performance, with minimum wage paid for hours worked when commissions fall short.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultants will receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wage is paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
