Job summary

The Brick in Charlottetown is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants who deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. You will help customers with purchases and build relationships to drive sales while maintaining knowledge of Brick products and services.

This role is 100% commission with minimum wage credited for hours if commissions do not exceed it; accommodation of disabilities is available during recruitment and selection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
