Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant in Canada who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. You’ll assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling and maintain knowledge of Brick products and services.

This position is 100% commission; minimum wage is paid for hours worked if commissions do not exceed it. The Brick also offers a flexible benefits package, career progression opportunities, and a dynamic workplace to showcase your leadership talents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
