The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant in Fort McMurray to provide excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work as part of a team to achieve goals, build rapport with customers, and stay informed about Brick products and services.

This 100% commission role includes a minimum wage for hours worked and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic retail setting. If commissions exceed minimum wage, earnings will reflect performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
