We are hiring for the position of Sales Executive.

As Sales Executive at TRAFFIX Dallas, you will play a vital role in achieving branch targets and business goals. Your primary responsibility will be identifying companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network and presenting TRAFFIX’s suite of services as solutions.

What is the difference between a Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive?

A Sales Executive will have 3-5 years of successful sales experience working for a 3PL. A Senior Sales Executive will have 5+ years of experience selling for a 3PL with a proven track record.

What does a day in the life of a Sales Executive look like?

A typical day may include:

  • Prospecting for companies that ship freight within North America.
  • Researching companies and contacts to prepare for initial calls.
  • Cold calling and emailing prospects to initiate conversations.
  • Identifying business opportunities within new and existing customers.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Monitoring trends in customer purchase behavior and following up accordingly.
  • Collaborating with TRAFFIX experts for discovery calls and meetings.
  • Generating pricing strategies that fit client budgets while supporting branch success.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Who are you?

You have at least 5 years of experience with a 3PL in a sales role, are skilled at bypassing gatekeepers, identifying decision makers, and closing deals. You are a self-starter, independent worker, and incentive-driven. You are passionate about hunting for new business and cultivating lasting customer relationships. You handle client challenges efficiently and use emotional intelligence effectively. You are a problem solver and collaborative team player, comfortable speaking with warehouse staff up to C-Suite executives. You thrive on growth and are driven to expand your book of business.
