As a Sales Executive at TRAFFIX Dallas, you will play a vital role in achieving branch targets and business goals. Your main responsibility will be to identify companies facing challenges with their supply chain transportation and present TRAFFIX’s services as optimal solutions.

What distinguishes a Sales Executive from a Senior Sales Executive? A Sales Executive has 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a 3PL environment, while a Senior Sales Executive has over 5 years with a proven track record.

A day in the life of a Sales Executive may include:

  • Prospecting companies that ship freight within North America.
  • Researching companies and contacts to prepare for calls.
  • Cold calling and emailing prospects.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Monitoring trends and customer behaviors.
  • Collaborating with experts to set up discovery calls and meetings.
  • Developing pricing strategies that support client success and branch growth.
  • Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Who are you?

You have at least 5 years of experience in sales with a 3PL, excelling at bypassing gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals. You are self-motivated, independent, and driven by incentives. You thrive on hunting for new business and cultivating lasting customer relationships, handling challenges with emotional intelligence.

You are a problem solver who can generate solutions when faced with client challenges and collaborate effectively with our team to optimize transportation networks and achieve sales success.

Excellent communication skills are a must, with comfort speaking to warehouse staff up to C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.

Finally, you dislike complacency and are eager to grow your book of business continually.
