Job summary

RB Global, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs that boost sales team skills and productivity. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and other business units to evolve onboarding and ongoing enablement.

You will assess participant performance, guide coaching opportunities, manage training logistics, and design updated content. The role partners with content design, delivers at events and conferences, and supports performance improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training and program development.
• 1–2 years of professional facilitation experience.
• Experience reading learning participants and adapting to needs.
• Ability to partner with field leadership to address performance gaps.
• Familiarity with learning software and authoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales training programs and initiatives.
• Assess participant skill levels and provide feedback to leadership.
• Coach and train sales reps and leaders in various settings.
• Collaborate with content development and design teams to update materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training functions and events.
