From tree mapping and proposals to scheduling and invoicing, ArborNote brings everything into one easy-to-use platform. We’re expanding into the Canadian market and looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us connect with new leads and turn interest into opportunity.

About the Role

We’re hiring a remote SDR based in Canada to:

• Respond to inbound demo and trial leads
• Qualify prospects and book meetings
• Support trial users and drive conversions

This is a remote, entry-to-mid level role with room to grow into a full-cycle AE or Customer Success position.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads via email, phone, and SMS tactics
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the Director of Sales
• Assist trial users by answering inbound phone calls, answer trial support questions and encouraging product exploration
• Track outreach activity and trial usage signals
• Support the sales team in improving conversion rates through thoughtful follow-up
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on conversations with prospects

Requirements

• Located in Canada and eligible to work full-time
• 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, lead gen, or customer service (SaaS preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus
• Performance-based commission
• Career growth into AE or Customer Success roles
• Work with a small, high-performing team in a fast-moving startup environment
