Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager, Sales Development in Vancouver to build and lead a high-performing SDR team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

You will coach and develop SDRs, partner with marketing, and collaborate with account executives to optimize multi-channel campaigns. The role emphasizes data-driven coaching and scalable processes to drive growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years SDR management experience with quota attainment.
• 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SDR or full-cycle).
• Strong outbound sales expertise via email, phone, and social selling.
• Experience partnering with marketing and AE teams to plan multi-touch campaigns.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo and SFDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SDRs to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Recruit, onboard and ramp SDRs to drive early success.
• Provide coaching and foster an inclusive, engaged team.
• Report performance to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Maintain activity goals and regular reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead scoring and demand generation.
• Coordinate with Sales to strengthen AE:SDR collaboration.
