Job summary

DNA Genotek is hiring a Sales Development Analyst to drive revenue through lead qualification, prospect engagement, CRM data quality, and eCommerce onboarding. You will connect Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Commercial Operations to ensure data, onboarding, and customer activity are managed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in sales development, with strong research and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or sales development experience and interest in business/marketing.
• Proven research skills to filter critical information.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Review, qualify, and route marketing-generated leads per criteria and follow-up expectations.
• Prospect and account research; support outbound campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with complete and accurate data across leads, contacts, accounts, and onboarding.
• Identify duplicates and data inconsistencies; support data cleanup and reporting.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Business Development to accelerate opportunity creation and routing.
