Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Advanced computer/technical skills, including SQL Server and Salesforce.
• MS SQL Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Merge information from multiple databases to create new lists.
• Prepare and create reports, such as top customer and annual transition files.
• Integrate database platforms to improve reporting functionality.
• Upload files to the CRM and perform mass cleansing of account data records.
• Audit the CRM data for accuracy.
