Job summary

DNA Genotek, part of OraSure Technologies, is hiring a Sales Development Analyst to drive revenue through lead qualification, prospect engagement, CRM hygiene, and onboarding data integrity. The role bridges Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Commercial Ops to ensure leads and onboarding are accurately tracked and acted upon.

You will support outbound campaigns, follow up with webinar and tradeshow responders, and help optimize data flows across CRM and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in science, business, communications or marketing.
• 1-2 years in sales development or related roles with strong research ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, route, and prioritize marketing-generated leads in collaboration with sales teams.
• Research prospects and accounts to support outbound campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure onboarding information is accurate and up to date.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support data cleanup initiatives.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Business Development to accelerate opportunities.
