Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through database and lead management
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Maintain high volume outbound calls to potential customers
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Lead initiatives to help customers travel abroad for language courses
  • Organize relationship-building activities like fairs and exhibitions
  • Work flexible hours, including weekly late shifts and occasional weekends, with extra hours as needed
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of sales or recruitment experience; recent grads with strong experience are welcome
