Job summary

Roofmart, Canada’s national distributor for exterior building supplies, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth through new and existing opportunities.

The role involves assisting with project bids, expanding market share, and converting competitors’ customers while delivering world-class service. A college diploma or degree with 3+ years of sales is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
• College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful Sales experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Assisting with the project leads and job bidding process
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, home owners and customers by converting them away from competitor products
