The Brick is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants in Canada to join our dynamic retail network. This role offers 100% commission with minimum wage paid for hours if commissions are not greater than minimum wage, and a guaranteed income structure.

You will help customers with purchases through relationship selling, maintain product knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Flexible scheduling will include evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
