Job summary

The Brick in Canada is seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives on customer service and fast-paced retail. You will assist customers, build relationships, and continually learn Brick products.

This role features a commission-based structure with guaranteed minimum wage for hours if commissions fall short. With a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, you will contribute to a dynamic team in one of our busy locations and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and career

Salary Range: $32,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you have a passion for customerservice and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This vital quality allows youto be a team oriented individual who enjoys:

• Work with others to accomplish both common and personal goals
• Assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling
• Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with others that will unquestionably complement your desire to thrive in this commission sales environment

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
