Job summary

The Brick is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants in Canada for a commission-based role. You will help customers with purchases, build relationships, and maintain knowledge of Brick products and services in a fast-paced retail setting.

We offer a flexible benefits package and a path for career growth with commissions and minimum wage paid for hours worked when commissions are not greater than minimum wage. This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
