Job summary

The Brick is hiring Sales Consultants in Canada for a dynamic retail environment. This role emphasizes customer service, relationship selling, and a team-oriented culture, with guaranteed income through commissions and a minimum wage on hours worked when commissions are not greater than wage.

Training and growth opportunities are provided. Candidates should be able to multitask, learn computer applications, and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
