Job summary

The Brick is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants at our Canadian retail locations. This role focuses on relationship selling, helping customers choose home furnishings and building rapport in a fast-paced environment.

This position is commission-based with a minimum wage guarantee if commissions do not meet it; candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
