JAK'S Beer Wine & Spirits is seeking a Service Champion for our Kingsway location. You will assist guests with product selection, provide pairing suggestions, stock shelves, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience. The role emphasizes learning about our wine, craft beer, cider and spirits while delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, enjoy building guest relationships, and can lift 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

• Polished customer service skills and an interest in wine, craft beer, cider and spirits.
• Enjoy helping others and building relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and food pairing suggestions where appropriate.
• Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor.
• Educate guests about products and the story behind each bottle.
• Maintain overall store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process orders at the till to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Complete warehouse duties such as stocking shelves and reorganizing the warehouse area.
